Adult Use Zoning Definition

Ordinance No. 2014-04 amends the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Rogers, Section 125-1 relating to Zoning Definitions.  Please visit CIty Hall for details. 

Adult-Oriented Business

Ordinance No. 2014-03, amends Chapter 125 of the Rogers City Code (Zoning) to Address Amendments to the Regulation of Adult Uses (Adult Oriented Businesses).  Please visit CIty Hall for details.

Special Events Ordinance

Ordinance No. 2012-11 create a new ordinance that defines and regulates special events held within the City of Rogers, and was passed by the City Council on Oct. 9, 2012.

Ordinance No. 2012-11 create a new ordinance that defines and regulates special events held within the City of Rogers, and was passed by the City Council on Oct. 9, 2012.

Ordinance No. 2011-2

The City annexed over 400 acres of land August, 2010. According to the Roger's Zoning Ordinance, those properties were immediately zoned Agriculture until otherwise changed. In order to assign a zoning district to those properties, Rogers held a public hearing in July, 2010 regarding the addition of two new rural residential zoning districts, RE-2 and RE-5. Since then, a few changes have been recommended and ordinance NO 2011-02 incorporates them.
