The Rogers Fire Department is currently accepting applications for paid-on-call firefighters to establish a hiring eligibility list. Rogers Fire responds to over 500 Fire/EMS calls each year covering the cities of Rogers, Corcoran and Otsego.
Firefighters are paid for responding to fire calls, training and meeting attendance, and are eligible for membership in the Rogers Fire Department Relief Association. Firefighters must be 18 years of age or older, possess a high school diploma or G.E.D., and hold a valid MN driver's license. The selection process includes an oral interview, physical agility testing, background check, physical examination, and drug testing.
If you are interested in becoming a fire fighter, download a fire fighter application and contact Chief Feist at 763-428-3500 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
