The Rogers Police Department does not process permit to carry applications.  You will need to contact the Hennepin County Sherrif's Office to carry a firearm.  Visit the Hennepin County Sherrif's Office website for more information on guidelines and procedures for firearms or call them at: 612-348-3755.

Firearm Application / Permit to Purchase

Permit to Purchase is effective for one year from the date that the permit to purchase was issued.

Roger's residents can fill out the Permit to Purchase application and bring it and your driver's license to the Roger's Police Department.  The Roger's police department will only accept residents with a physical Roger's address.

Hassan Township residents can fill out the applicaiton and bring it and your driver's license to the Hennepin County Sheriff's Office, located at the Hennepin County Government Center.  Call 612-348-3755 and ask for gun permits for more information.
