Occasionally, residents will contact the Rogers Police Department regarding stray or found animals (dogs and/or cats). The Rogers Police Department does not have the facilities to take custody of any stray animals. If you locate a stray animal please contact the Monticello Animal Control at (763) 295-3808. If the Monticello Animal Control staffer does not respond to your call, you can either release the animal or keep it with you. Often animals will make their own way home if left alone.
